In this place where wine has been produced since the end of the Hundred Years War (1453), only four families have succeeded each other. Called Château des Granges, at the beginning of the 19th century, it became Château de Grangeneuve, and, in 1990, Château Hostens-Picant, named by Yves in honor of his ancestors. For 35 years, in the heart of a beautiful hilly vineyard of 42 hectares, the vines are cultivated with passion and respect for the land. Everything is done in accordance with the principles of organic farming so that this beautiful terroir, long forgotten, can fully reveal its potential. Organic farming trials began in 2018 and the goal is to convert the entire field in the coming years.
