Production notes
Grangeneuve blanc is the second white wine of Château Hostens-Picant. It is made by us, from the grapes of the Château. This wine benefits from the appellation and is bottled at the Château after vinification and aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
The dress is light yellow with bright green reflections. Its first intense nose of exotic fruits reveals after a few minutes of aeration notes of vine peaches, bergamot and green currant. On the palate, it is sweet and suave on the attack, followed by a nice balance between the acidity of the limestone plateau of flint clay and the richness of its breeding on lees. Its frank minerality brings a delicate freshness in the final.
